Basic responsibilities:- the development (together with the leader of project in the direction) of the list of the risks of design.
- analysis, selection and assignment to the leader of project, data about the revealed risks.
- analysis and the ranking of risks, the development of risks for active control.
- the determination of the priority risks of project, which require active control.
- participation in the development of the measures for reaction to the risks and their application.
- the analysis of demands to the addition of the list of risks from the leaders of projects in the directions.
- the introduction of changes in the list of the risks of project on the affirmed demands to the changes.
- the idea of report on project in the part of control of risks in accordance with the affirmed regulations.
- participation in the sessions of management team of project according to the analysis of the motion of the realization of projects.
- the generalization of the analytical reports of the leaders of projects on the directions about the realization of the measures for reaction to the revealed risks for the directions of project after their realization.
- participation in the preparation of consolidated analytical report and recommendations regarding the improvement of control system of projects in the company.
- conducting the archive of the list of the risks of project.
Basic requirements:
- higher education.
- work experience on official direction from 2- X of years.
- it is desirable courses on control of risks.
- habits on control of projects, technical knowledge in the region of the thematics of projects.
- experienced user PK (MS Office, Spider Project).
- French and/or English - working level.
- readiness for the missions and the passage into the republic Guinea (Africa).
