- the realization of monitoring and updating of the base of data of warehouse system (correction of parameters MIN/MAX (reoder point. MIN/MAX level, MIN/MAX batch size, delivery time etc.), conducting the monitoring the frequency of purchases to avoid the formation of surpluses (study dead stock, slow movement items)/ the preparation of reports on the activity of the division
- the timely working of the accompanying documentation of those entering it is cargo (pay and unloading documents). Integrated work with other divisions (division of supply, financial department, shop).
Basic requirements:
- higher education.
- work experience from the field of warehouse logistics is not less than 3 years.
- the knowledge of English is not below intermediate.
- the knowledge of office applications, the knowledge of programs in the field of warehouse logistics (SAP, Oracle. З, AS400, MPCS or any other analogs are greeted).
- the habit of work on the optimization of warehouse space, an increase in the warehouse utilization, monitoring utilization.
- an analytical turn of mind, the ability to independently make operational decisions, to arrange priorities, to track the performance of stated problems, the skill to work in the command and under the action of pressinga of time, the realization of communication with other divisions.
