· Must have sound current mining experience Requirements
· Minimum 7 – 10 years practical recent experience in maintenance in a Mining environment essential (smelters, winders, plants, shafts)
· B.Eng/BSc/B.Tech Engineering. Degree/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
· B.Eng/BSc/B.Tech Engineering. Degree/National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
· Government Certificate of Competency essential
· Above average and analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to function under pressure
· Fluent in English and able to work in a multi culture environment
· Candidate must not be older than 50.

· Excellent guaranteed annual bonus scheme – tax free after a period of 4 years
· Work permits are organised by the Company
· Remuneration is based on the United States Dollar currency and is fully taxable
· Offer a flat salary -The Employee is responsible for his own accommodation, utilities and transport arrangements while in Zambia.
· Will provide all reasonable relocation costs from the Employee’s point of recruitment or normal place of residence at engagement
· Pay the Employee a tax-free settling in allowance of US$10,000 to purchase furniture and other household goods, at the start of employment. Such furniture and goods shall remain the property of the Employee
