Prepares and reviews accounting entries, responsible for corporate reporting, responsible for management reporting (BU reporting), responsible for risk management, responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information, responsible for recruiting & training of accountants, reviewing various contracts, calculating tax provisions, responsible for compliance with policies and procedures and creating them if needed, responsible for the team of accountants and making sure they are doing their job well, responsible for internal controls & Reporting any control breakdown before or after occurrence. Requirements: Bachelor of commerce with a major in accounting, thorough & detailed knowledge of internal controls, through & detailed knowledge Of US GAAP, deep and thorough tax knowledge, Excellent communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, 7 to 8 years of experience 2 of which in a managerial position, knowledge of AS400 applications & experience in performance managementSkills:
