We are currently looking for Logistics Coordinators in Cape Verde.
Reporting to the Regional Logistics Manager, you are the logistics coordinating point towards the project. The responsibility includes:
- Driving the internal ability to do it right from start i.e. from call-off to site delivery;
- Maintaining and securing usage of Ericsson Supply process and MU Supply & Logistics standard processes in order to secure highest possible level of customer satisfaction for services provided to customers.
In this context, you are in charge of:
• Customs Clearance;
• Project & Distribution activities;
• Warehousing activities including stock control;
• Initiate and follow-up claims towards Ericsson and third parties.
Profil / Compétences:
You have a Bachelor Degree, preferably in an appropriate field of study, and have at least 1 year experience in Supply and Logistics related tasks. Ideally, you have a previous experience within Logistics/Customer Service, international trade activities and international freight. You have a good working knowledge of Ericsson, Project and Logistics related tools. Able to co-operate with Project managers, customers and sub-contractors on an international level, you have a good knowledge of Import and Export Regulations and customs process. Detail and customer-oriented, you enjoy working in team, and have good planning and communication skills.
You are fluent in English, Portuguese and French.
