
Performs duties associated with defining the Information Technology architecture for the Operations and Business functions of Angola LNG. This includes definition, estimation, evaluation and selection, implementation of IT applications for Plant Operations and many Business needs. It also includes project management tasks associated with implementation and integration of applications.
Key functions include:
• Operations and Business Information Systems Planning .
• Preparing budgetary estimates and schedules for project planning
• Preparing project initiation documents for selected systems
• Managing evaluation and selection of candidate applications
• Ensuring interoperability with other planned enterprise systems
• Coordinate system testing Preparing User training plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in the Information Technology applications development, systems analyst/programmer related areas.
• Strong knowledge in application technologies.
• Related industry certifications and/or technical application development training.
