Responsibilities will include:
Provide support and training to supply chain system users.
Provide general IT hardware and software support.
Assume responsibility for daily backups, day-end and month-end routines.
Liaison with third party service providers and customers.
Competencies required:

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access
Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
Good business knowledge.
Good time management, decision making, reporting and customer focus skills.
National Diploma in Information Technology.
Own transport.

Good RPG and CL programming skills.
Strong AS/400 Operating System, DB2 and SQL skills.
Good working knowledge of Websphere technology, MS SQL Server and Visual Basic.
