Basic responsibilities:- conducting of checking the estimate documentation.
- the control of estimate limit on the directions and the objects, in the limits of the affirmed summary estimate calculation.
- the refinement of estimate documentation taking into account the specific conditions of the carrying out of works on the object on the basis of the lists of volumes.
- checking of authenticity and the agreement of the allowed by contractors estimates and current forms, cost estimates, forms OF KS-2 and KS-3.
- the calculation of cost and labor expense SMR according to the proposed changes.
Basic requirements:
- higher economic education.
- work experience on direction from 3 years.
- the knowledge of the order of price formation.
- the knowledge of English.
- the possession of computer programs - MS Office, yS, special estimate programs.
