Inter-Con is looking for short- to long-term ExPats in Guinea to act as interim Guard Force Commanders (Supervisors) of a security force at a prestigious international company with multiple buildings.
• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of guard force for all projects
• Act as liaison between guard force and Project Manager
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed
• Maintain quality control of all security services performed by guard force, by preparing guard orders, deploying guards as appropriate, and weekly scheduling
• Ensure guard force is present and in proper uniform, by conducting inspections of guards/posts
• Ensure that all client and corporate policies and procedures are followed by staff and security personnel and investigate any irregularities
• Evaluate the performance of all contract employees and ensure that performance standards are met and/ or exceeded and ability to make recommendations regarding discipline and termination actions
• Ensure full understanding of all operational and administrative requirements of the contract
• Provide world class security services tailored to the customer and their unique environment
• Oversee the training program to ensure effectiveness
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence direct reports and professionally respond to client issues
• Ability to work with a team and manage change as needed
• Review security reports, administrative actions, staffing, scheduling and other documentation generated by security staff
• Ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence

Localité (Location): Guinea
Niveau d'études: Bachelors degree (or equivalent), preferred
Années d'expériences (Experience):
• Minimum 5 years of police, similar military, or security guard force management experience
• Must be fluent in English, French and any other appropriate local language
• Experience with university, police academy or technical specialist training, prior guard-force management, with at least half of guard work experience being at a senior supervisory or command level, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
