Basic responsibilities:- Labor cost planning.
- Preparation of the salary fund section of the Business Plan.
- Supervision of salary fund and social benefits.
- Labor and social benefits reporting, deviations substantiation.
- Organization of work on labor rating, labor rates calculation, quality analysis and timely review, implementation of technically-supported worktime standards.
- Identification of the smelter staffing level by management functions and structural divisions in accordance with the industry staffing standards.
- Control over preparation of salary funds for structural divisions.
Basic requirements:
- Higher education in economics (or accounting education majoring in labor and salary economics).
- At least 2 year experience in the relevant position.
- Knowledge of basic personnel management tools applied in big corporations as well as the most wide-spread personnel motivation systems.
- The English language proficiency, advance level.
- PC literacy (Excel advanced user).
