Major Duties and Responsibilities:Provide leadership and overall management of the contract personnel including supervisory staff and security personnel
Establish and maintain positive relations with client contacts and keep them abreast of issues, changes, and other security related matters
Ensure full understanding of all operational and administrative requirements of the contract
Provide world class security services tailored to the customer and their unique environment
Implement and monitor quality control plan
Evaluate the performance of all contract employees and ensure that performance standards are met and/ or exceeded
Must review and evaluate changes in service, work scope, contract extensions and prepare any related communication needed with client
Serve as the liaison between the client and internal staff regarding contract issues
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence direct reports and professionally respond to client issues
Ability to work with a team and manage change as needed
Review security reports, administrative actions, staffing, scheduling and other documentation generated by security staff
Ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence
Ensure that all client and corporate policies and procedures are followed by staff and security personnel
Experience/Education:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and a minimum 5 years of police, similar military, or local guard force management experience
Must be fluent in English, French and any other appropriate local language
Experience with university, police academy or technical specialist training, prior guard-force management, with at least half of guar work experience being at a senior supervisory or command level, preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with government contracts highly preferred
