
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Liaise with the appropriate internal departments such as Sales, Service and Integrated Services and Engineering personnel regarding customers' requirements and operations.
Attend project meetings to assist with the equipment selection
Be responsible for the effective planning of all tools / rental equipment utilized by the customer.
Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with internal and external customers providing technical support and advice as required.
Be capable of identifying all Tools / Equipment under his supervision. Up-Date and maintain the tool tracking system on the AS400 and the sales order system also on the AS400 system
Raises and prepares tool repair work orders (RTRs). Using the departmental system and PIMS to include the relevant drawings, procedures and the relevant Risk assessment form
Safety and Environmental Awareness. Inspect all in-coming containers and equipment for hazardous goods and chemicals
Maintain departmental risk assessments.
Be responsible for arranging transportation and the loading and off loading of trucks. Ensuring the safe storage of tools and upkeep of yard area. Complying with all safety and risk assessment procedures.
Raise third party POs liaise with third party Vendors. Ensuring that all certification is current and complies with all requirements. Maintain records of all certification for traceability
Interface with internal and external customers as to identify their requirements.
Comply with applicable local Regulations and dangerous goods certification when shipping equipment
Maintain system to control certification of tools - equipment / third party equipment.
Responsible for storage and maintenance of tools - equipment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidates must be willing to work a 28 on / 28 off rotational expatriate assignment.
Salary will be based on Home Country location
High school diploma or GED and five years experience in subsea wellhead products and drilling systems.
Forklift certified
Computer literate
Desired:
Banksman and Slinging Certificates desired
Able to work on own initiative
