Experience Required :
Qualified boilermaker with at least five years experience in a process plant. Pipe fabrication experience will be an advantage. Coded welder certificate will be an advantage. Be prepared to work in a multi-cultural environment where no discrimination and abusive language will be tolerated. Be prepared to work in very hot and demanding environment. French communication skills would be advantageous.
Role and Responsibility :
Responsible for all structural installation and the inspection thereof. Maintenance on all transfer chutes and wear liners. Making up of steel pipes (50 mm up to 710 mm) to ensure on going safe production. Inspection and maintenance on all conveyors and conveyor structures. Will be required to assist others depending on needs to ensure on going production.
Additional Information : Report to the Mechanical Superintendent
Remuneration : The successful candidate will be appointed on an expatriate 2 year contract, which may be renewed after the 2 year period.„X A US Dollar denominated salary package together with regular leave breaks will be offered.
